causes the "current" dialog to be used.
This function ends up calling the Xlib routine
XMapRaised()
, which "marks a
window as eligible for display." The window manager program in use may be
involved in actually getting the window display (if, for instance, the window
is currently iconified or in a different "room" or "workspace").
