Crystal sorting.
DESCRIPTION:
Performs forward or reverse sorting of crystal names for 1-D wavelet
transforms.
USAGE:
wavSortCrystals( x, reverse = F )
REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:
- x
-
an object of class character. This object
typically will contain the crystal names corresponding to a 1-D
wavelet transform.
OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS:
- reverse
-
a
logical
flag. If
TRUE
, the results are returned in reverse
order, i.e. from "sJ", ... , "s1","dJ", ... , "d1" order.
VALUE:
an object of class character containing the sorted crystal names.

EXAMPLES:
## create sequence
