Clear Row(s) in a Dataset

DESCRIPTION:

Clears a row (or rows) in a 1- or 2-dimensional dataset.

USAGE:

clear.row(target, start.row, count)

REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:

target
1- or 2-dimensional dataset for which the row(s) will be cleared. A 1-dimensional dataset is considered to be a single, unnamed column of length() rows.
start.row
integer or character (name-matching) value specifying the row of target at which the clearing is to be done. To specify the last row of target, use "@END" or "".
count
integer value specifying the number of rows to be cleared.

VALUE:

The target dataset with the row(s) cleared; for each column of target (or the only "column" for a 1-dimensional dataset), the new value(s) will be a vector of "" if its data type is "character", a vector of NA otherwise.
