This is support for the function formula(), and can be used to fix
coefficients. This function is used only on the right side of a formula,
to specify a term (or terms) in the model for which coefficients should be
fixed. The
formula argument is any number of
terms in the formula language, separated by
+. The function should not be used outside
of a formula.
