Print Summary of a Tree Object

DESCRIPTION:

This is the method for print which prints summary.tree objects.

USAGE:

print.summary.tree(x, digits= max(.Options$digits - 3, 3), ...) 

REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:

x
fitted model object of class summary.tree. This is assumed to be the result of some function that produces an object with the same named components as that returned by the summary.tree function.

OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS:

digits
number of significant digits to include in numerical summaries.
...
other arguments to be passed to the print function.

VALUE:

the function prints summary information regarding tree type (regression/classification), the call which defines the tree, which variables in the formula are represented in the tree, the number of terminal nodes, the residual deviance, and the distribution of residuals (regression) or misclassification error rate (classification).
