DESCRIPTION:
Writes out a section break marker and possibly marks the section as editable.
USAGE:
rtfStartEditableSection(rtfFile, bFirstInFile=F, bEditable=T, writeText=T)
ARGUMENTS:
- rtfFile

file to write to
- bFirstInFile

Logical value that determines if first section in file.
The first section does not need to be marked as a section. (default=F).
- bEditable
-
Logical value that determines if the section should be marked as editable or not. (default=T).
- writeText
-
T/F - whether to write text out or return text to be written later (default=T).
DETAILS:
This function writes out a section break in the RTF file and may mark the section as protected.
