Summary Method for Robust Principal Components Objects

DESCRIPTION:

Produces a summary that shows the importance of the components, and, optionally, some or all of the loadings.

USAGE:

summary.princompRob(x, loadings=F, cutoff=0.1)

REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:

x
an object of class "princompRob".

OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS:

loadings
a logical value or an integer stating the number of components for which loadings will be given. If loadings is FALSE, then no loadings will be given.
cutoff
a number giving the cutoff for printing the loadings (see ).

VALUE:

an object of class summary.princompRob having components:
varmat
a matrix with rows containing the standard deviations of the components, the proportion of variance, and the cumulative proportion of variance.
loadings
part or all of the loadings matrix of x. This may be NULL depending on the value of the loadings argument.
cutoff
the input value of cutoff.
