Compute parametric failure distribution distances.
USAGE:
qftdist.dist(fit, X=NULL, data=NULL)
REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:
fit
a fitted survival object. This may be either an object that inherits from class
"censorReg", or a list of objects that inherit from class
"censorReg" (an object of class
"censorRegList").
OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS:
X
data.frame containing the covariate values at which quantiles are to be
computed. Not used if argument fit is NULL. The values of covariates for
all stratification, offset, and stratification variables must be specified.
data
used when calling
qftdist.dist from within another routine. In this case the data argument must be specified.
VALUE:
A list of values used to compute failure distribution quantiles and probabilities.
