Converts a contingency table (a multidimensional array) into a data
frame that is acceptable for use in the
mdLoglin functions.
USAGE:
convertLoglin(tab, first = F)
REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:
tab
the contingency table, input as a multidimensional array.
OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS:
first
If TRUE, dimension one in the table contains different variables.
Otherwise the first dimension is part of the table. For example, if
Loglin.1 is a class
"missmodel" object generated from the
mdLoglin
function, then
convertLoglin(paramIter(Loglin.1, save=1:2), first=T)
would create a data frame with two table variables.
Normally only one table variable would be created.
VALUE:
a data frame object with counts and with other variables giving the
values for the dimensions in the array.
