Create an RCp Plot

DESCRIPTION:

Create an RCp plot.

USAGE:

plot.RCp(Rfile, nbest=5, J=N + 1, L=N + 1, a=3.5, CEX=1)

REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:

Rfile
an RCp object.

OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS:

nbest
the number of 'best' selections of each size to be plotted.
J
the upper limit of the y axis. The default is taken to be one more than the size of the full model.
L
the upper limit of the x axis. The default is taken to be the size of the full model plus one.
a
specifies the position of the labels of the axes. Increasing the this value moves the labels further away from the axis.
CEX
character expansion parameter (cex) passed to plot (controls the size of the characters on the plot). The default is 1.

SIDE EFFECTS:

a plot of RCp versus Vp is produced on a graphics device.
