Summary Method for Principal Components Models
DESCRIPTION:
Returns a summary of the principal components models stored in a fit.models
object with virtual class pcompfm.
USAGE:
summary.pcompfm(object, loadings=T, cutoff=0.1, ...)
REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:
- object
-
a fit.models object with virtual class pcompfm that contains the fitted
models.
OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS:
- loadings
-
if TRUE, the loadings are included in the summary.
- cutoff
-
the cutoff value used by print.loadings. Entries smaller than
cutoff
are not printed.
VALUE:
a summary.pcompfm object with the following components:
- mod.names
-
the names of the models in object.
- calls
-
a list containing the call of each model in object.
- qvar
-
a matrix with one row for each model in object. The columns contain the
cumulative sum of the fraction of the variance attributed to each
component.
- pvar
-
a matrix with one row for each model in object. The columns contain the
fraction of the variance attributed to each component.
- sdev
-
a matrix with one row for each model in object. The columns contain the
standard deviation of each component.
- loadings
-
if
loadings = T
, a list containing the
loadings for each model in object.
- cutoff
-
the cutoff specified in the call, by default 0.1.
