Generate an Image Color Table

DESCRIPTION:

Generates a 256-color image color matrix from the colors specified in its arguments.

USAGE:

java.colorscheme.image.generate(...)

OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS:

...
one or more of the following: (1) integer vector of length three specifying red, green, and blue values for a single color, (2) character string specifying one of a known set of colors (red, greed, blue, yellow, magenta, cyan, black, white), or (3) a single integer giving a number of intermediate colors between two other colors. For example, java.colorscheme.image.generate("blue", 4, "green") creates an image color matrix using six colors from blue to green.

VALUE:

a numeric matrix with 3 columns and 256 rows. Each row specifies a color.
