CO2 Uptake Versus Concentration Data

SUMMARY:

Measurements of the CO2 uptake for six Echinochloa crus-galli plants from Quebec and six plants from Mississippi as a function of ambient CO2 concentration. Half the plants of each type were chilled before the measurements were taken.

DATA DESCRIPTION:

This data frame contains the following columns:

VALUE:

Plant
a factor giving a unique identifier for each plant.
Type
origin of the plant - Quebec or Mississippi.
Treatment
treatment - chilled or nonchilled.
conc
ambient concentration of carbon dioxide (mL/L).
uptake
CO2 uptake (umol/m^2 sec).
