Create a Color Set Based on Sequence in HSV Color Space
DESCRIPTION:
Creates a sequence of colors by specifying hue, saturation, and value
(HSV).
USAGE:
rainbow(n, s=1, v=1, start=0, end=NULL, gamma=1)
REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:
n
Number of colors to create
OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS:
s
Saturation of the colors between 0 and 1. Can be a single value
or a vector.
v
Value of the colors between 0 and 1, also known as brightness.
Can be a single value or a vector.
start
Starting hue between 0 and 1.
end
Ending hue between 0 and 1.
gamma
Gamma correction.
VALUE:
Unnamed character vector of RGB values. This is a sequence
between the specified start and end hues. Typically "s" and "v" are
scalars, yielding a set of colors with different hue but the same
saturation and brightness.
