Set Dimension Dialog Function
DESCRIPTION:
This function is called by the Set Dimension dialog. It is used to extend a
data.frame or matrix to a specified dimension, filling empty cells with
missing values (NA's). Using this dialog to specify the dimension of a
data.frame or matrix before typing in data will speed up data entry.
USAGE:
menuSetDimension(data, nrow.new, ncol.new)
REQUIRED ARGUMENTS:
- data

Data.frame or matrix to extend.
- nrow.new

Number of rows in the returned data.frame. If this is less than the number
of rows currently in the data a warning will be issued and this value will
be ignored.
- ncol.new
-
Number of columns in the returned data.frame. If this is less than the
number of columns currently in the data a warning will be issued and this
value will be ignored.
VALUE:
A data.frame containing the data in
data
agumented with NAs to fill the
specified dimension.
