DESCRIPTION:
This returns a list of XMLNode objects within an
XMLNode object.
USAGE:
xmlChildren(x)
ARGUMENTS:

an object of class XMLNode.
VALUE:
A list whose elements are sub-nodes of the user-specified
XMLNode. These are also of class XMLNode.
